The estimated delivery time to Europe is 6-10 days. When ordering internationally you may expect a home delivery.

We are working on making returns as easy as possible for you, so please contact us before you return any items.
To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that you return items to us within 14 days of receipt. We will happily offer you an exchange or full refund, provided that the item(s) are returned in the same condition that you received it/them (unlaundered, unused and with original packaging and labels intact).
In the interests of hygiene we can unfortunately not accept returns of products that are intimate (e.g. underwear) unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item(s) to us unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase then once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please be aware that once your package has been sent, it no longer becomes our responsibility. If the package is undeliverable due to access difficulty's or if the package is lost in transit no claims can be made to us for replacement or refund. Thank you for understanding.
